We are impressed. Impressed by what our former intern Gina has put together. Her podcast Podcast Hören. Handeln. Gutes tun. – Der Podcast, der die Welt verbessert (Listen. Act. Do good. – The podcast that makes the world a better place is now available everywhere there are podcasts. The result is really impressive. But let’s let Gina tell you about it herself:
The first episode of my podcast “Doing good is a matter of the heart: What’s important when donating blood” is now available. It took a little longer than I had planned from the start, but that’s no longer important. The important thing is that the podcast that I conceived, recorded, edited and published during my internship at We Are Producers is a success!
But what does success actually mean? Sven sat down with me at the beginning of my project and explained how important it is for me to define success in advance. My conclusion was that if one more person donates blood, one more person has an organ donation pass and a few more people listen to my podcast and I get positive feedback that I have inspired them – then I am successful. And I have. Well… the first person to donate blood because of me was Sven and the first person to fill out an organ donation cards because of me was Sven and one of the first listeners I got positive feedback from…. Was Sven. But shortly after him, I received so much more gratitude, praise, inspiration, motivation and pride – also from other people.
It feels so good. A benevolent feeling that is very supportive. Even if the number of listeners and followers could still increase. But for the first few days, I’m really pleased with the results so far. But there are already regular listeners who – as they have told me – are really looking forward to the next episode. And Natalie and I are just as excited. At the same time, our recordings for episodes 6 and 7 in Berlin are continuing this week in Micha and Sven’s studio.
