In today’s anniversary episode, we had a guest who has shaped communication psychology like
no other: Prof. Dr. Schulz von Thun. Among other things, he became famous for the communication square he developed and the inner team model.
The recording was a hybrid of studio and remote production: Andrea Montua was in our studio in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg. We equipped Friedemann Schulz von Thun with a podcast kit beforehand and then brought him in from Hamburg.
The podcast Auf einen Tee sheds light on internal communication, leadership and change topics. Agency boss Andrea Montua regularly talks to renowned experts in the industry to address very specific, relevant topics from the day-to-day work of HR managers, communicators and executives. And, of course, we also have a good cup of tea.
We have been responsible for the audio production of the podcast for over four years. We transferred the first episodes, which initially only appeared on YouTube, into the podcast universe and created a dedicated website for our client MontuaPartner Communications, where the individual episodes are published.
